The Help Center has always been a great place to find FAQ answers, and the blog is where new features get announced. What was missing was a third thing: a clean, searchable library of how-to guides for every meaningful task in OurSharedPlace — one page per task, written in step-by-step form, with screenshots and tips.
Today we're launching the Online How-To Center to fill that gap. It sits in front of the paywall — anyone can read it, share it, or link to it from their own knowledge base. No login required.
